1. Purpose

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the Alter application (the "Application") operated by VISIALIS ("we", "us" or the "Company").

2. Acceptance

By downloading, installing or using the Application you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

3. Service Description

Alter assists users with the classification and analysis of blockchain addresses on EVM-compatible networks. The Application is available free of charge on the web and via supported mobile distribution platforms.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Application solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms. You are not allowed to:

• Use the Application for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Application
• Reproduce, distribute or create derivative works of the Application
• Use the Application in a way that could damage or disrupt its operation

5. Intellectual Property

The Application and all related content are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights, title and interest remain the exclusive property of the Company.

6. Personal Data

We do not collect or store any personal data of users. Network communications are limited to the public RPC endpoints required for the Application to operate. For additional details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or available without interruption. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.

9. End of Use

No subscription is required to use the Application. You may stop using it at any time by uninstalling it or closing the web interface. VISIALIS reserves the right to withdraw the Application or suspend updates if usage breaches these Terms or poses a security risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
